The College is situated 9.4 Km away from its nearest railway station, JANGIPUR ROAD.The Holy Ganga is also 12 Km away towards east from this college. Since 2011,a journey of an Institution is a journey towards achieving excellence in the academic as well as professional domain. It is the only premier Institution for Teacher Education in the Murshidabadit is marching onward with the mission of preparing batches of young aspirants as professional teachers to serve the nation. Since the inception the college has been trying to carter to the need of the young learners. Slowly but steadily many progressive works have been organized by the college from time to time. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by The West Bengal University of Teachers Training Education Planning and Administration, Kolkata.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should be Graduates in a school subject from a recognized university.
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree(General) / or in the Master's Degree in School subjects are eligible to apply.
Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with Science and/or Mathematics, with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are also eligible for admission. Such candidates are required to enter the marks of B.E/ B. Tech. in the row of Honours Degree. M.E. / M. Tech result (if any) will be entered in the Master’s Degree row.
Honors Graduates in school subject should enter the Honours marks only in the row of Bachelor’s degree (Honours).
In case of General Graduates, the total marks obtained in general subjects should be entered in the row of Bachelor’s degree (General).
For candidates with less than 50% marks in the honours degree, the total marks of pass and Honours subjects will be considered. If it becomes 50% or more, that score will be entered in Graduation (General) row.
For fresh candidates, merit list will be prepared separately for each school subject based on scoring.
For Deputed Candidates, merit list will be prepared separately for each school subject based on length of service. Reservation of seats for SC/ST/PWD ( Minimum disability 40%)candidates will be as per Govt. Rules. Relaxation of minimum qualifying marks will be as per Govt. rules. The Reservation as stated is not applicable for Self-Financed Colleges.

The course curriculum is great and the faculty members are very friendly they help a lot and guide us in a very good manner.
Placements from our college is average.almost 55% students get placements in campus interview.others do not qualify in the campus.some of our college teachers are the members of our college placement cell.they try their best for every student's placements.
My faculty right from the first semester took us for plenty of visits to various hotels as well as to a food truck factory.
Well experienced and talented faculties are there in our college.their way of teaching and devotion to study is commendable.they want to give every student propers training and teaching so that after passing out they can easily get their desired job.
No i am not residing in the hostel, but the hostel here is awesome , the rooms are provided on sharing basis and the rooms are air-conditioned ,food provided in hostel is also very good.
Subhadra Pal PTTI ,kolkata is a good institute for engineering.i got admitted in the college this year ,the college is having well equipped labs.
